Allied Van Lines Recognized by Newsweek as One of America’s Best Customer Service Providers
Brands Selected Based on an Independent Survey of more than 20,000 American Customers
Allied Van Lines, one of the world's largest moving companies, is proud to announce that it has been named of America’s Best Customer Service Providers in the Moving Services category based on an independent survey, commissioned by Newsweek.
Newsweek partnered with Statista, the respected global data-research firm, to survey more than 20,000 American customers who have either made purchases, used services, or gathered information about products or services in the past three years.
“At Allied Van Lines, we recognize moving as a life-changing moment, to be handled with great quality and care,” says Lesli Bertoli, vice president and general manager of Allied Van Lines. “We are honored to be recognized as a top brand with excellent customer service, as our mission is to provide customized solutions to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our customers.”
Over 115,000 evaluations were collected and the final rankings were based on a net promoter score—an index that measures the likelihood of customers to recommend a company to others—and five evaluation criteria based on consumer experience.
The results of the independent survey recognize Allied Van Lines as a top brand for quality of communication, professional competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility.
